Control the temperature of the water cooling tank at 80°C. The cooling water is pumped into the cooling tower for cooling and then can be recycled. After water cooling, move out the water cooling tank and put it on the inspection stand. After inspection, put the leaking plated tube into the waste paper basket and send the finished tube to the output roller conveyor. The passivation solution is blown on the finished tube ring during transportation to passivate the tube surface. After blowing the outer ring, the excess passivation solution is blown away with compressed air and then dried by a heating tube with steam, and after drying, printing and packaging are carried out.
